Hi [Name],
Happy to make changes. "Pop" can mean a few different things, so to avoid guessing, which of these is closest?
1. Stronger colour contrast
2. A bigger or bolder headline
3. A clearer focal point
4. Something else you have in mind
Once I know, I'll turn it around quickly.
Best,

- Check it against your quote or contract. The reply is strongest when it points to what you both agreed.
- Match the tone to the relationship. For a long-term client, soften the second paragraph. For a repeat offender, keep it as is.
